Please read these terms carefully before using CYA Pro.
CYA Pro is provided by C Y Assets. By using the CYA Pro application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
CYA Pro is a property condition inspection tool. Reports are user-generated — CYA Pro provides the platform but is not the inspector. The accuracy and completeness of inspection reports is the responsibility of the user creating the report.
Reports generated without a professional inspector present will carry a "solo report" disclaimer on the PDF. This does not reduce the validity of the report but indicates that it was self-conducted.
Once a report is finalized, it becomes immutable by design. This is intentional — finalized reports are timestamped and locked to ensure they can serve as reliable evidence. Finalized reports cannot be edited or deleted.
Payments are processed securely via Yoco. Payment is required before accessing the final PDF report (unless covered by a free tier or active subscription). Payments are non-refundable once a report PDF has been generated.
The Agent Pro subscription (R499/month) provides unlimited reports and team management. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Team members share the subscription owner's plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The CYA Pro application, its design, and its code are the property of C Y Assets. Reports and inspection data you create belong to you.
CYA Pro is provided "as is". C Y Assets is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from the use of reports generated through the platform. Users should seek professional advice for legal matters.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
