Inspect, document, and review for free. Payment is only required when you generate your final PDF report. Once generated, the report is locked and cannot be edited — this is what makes it court-ready evidence.

Inspection reports must be created on a mobile phone or tablet so GPS, timestamps, and photo metadata can be captured. You can finalise and review reports on the desktop app.

Install CYA Pro on Your Phone

CYA Pro works like a normal app once installed. No Play Store needed — install takes about 30 seconds.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open Chrome and go to app.cyass.co.za
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu (top-right)
  3. Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen)
  4. Tap Install to confirm

The CYA Pro icon will appear on your home screen.

iPhone / iPad (Safari)

Must use Safari — Chrome on iPhone won't work.

  1. Open Safari and go to app.cyass.co.za
  2. Tap the Share button (square with an up-arrow, at the bottom)
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
  4. Tap Add (top-right)

Logging In

  • Use your email and password to sign in.
  • Google Sign-In is not available in the installed app.

Troubleshooting

  • Don't see "Install app"? Refresh the page once, then try again.
  • Already have an old version? Remove the icon from your home screen, then reinstall.
  • Camera won't open? Allow camera permission when prompted, or check Settings → Site permissions → Camera.
