Data We Collect

When you use CYA Pro, we collect the following information:

• Account details: full name, email address, role, and optionally your agency name
• Property details: addresses, property types, and GPS coordinates captured during inspections
• Inspection data: condition ratings, notes, photos, and videos you upload
• Payment information is processed securely by Yoco and is not stored on our servers

How We Store Your Data

All data is stored securely on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase) in the europe-west1 region. Photos and videos are stored in Firebase Storage under your user account. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the CYA Pro service: creating property inspection reports, generating PDFs, and enabling you to share reports. We do not sell your data to third parties.

GPS Data

GPS coordinates are captured during property creation to verify the inspection location. This data is included in your reports and is not used for tracking purposes outside of inspections.

POPIA Compliance

CYA Pro is compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@cyass.co.za.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting admin@cyass.co.za. We will process your request within 30 days.
