Create your account with your name, email, and role. Choose from Tenant, Landlord, Buyer, Seller, Agent, or Contractor. Google sign-in is also available. Agents and contractors get 2 free reports; everyone else gets 1.
Enter the property name, type (house, flat, townhouse, etc.), and full South African address. Your device's GPS coordinates are captured automatically to verify the location.
Select your property and add rooms. Each room type (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, exterior, etc.) has its own predefined inspection checklist. Agents can choose which role's template to use.
For each room, optionally record a video walkthrough. Then rate each item's condition (Good, Fair, Poor, Urgent Repair, or N/A), add notes for any issues, and take photos. Everything auto-saves as you go.
The Report Summary shows your property details, room-by-room condition breakdown (colour-coded), photo thumbnails, and overall statistics. Review everything, then mark as complete.
Lock the report to make it immutable. A finalized timestamp is set, and the report can no longer be edited — this is what makes it court-ready.

Share a job invitation link via WhatsApp, email, or any messaging app. The contractor does not need the app installed.
The contractor clicks the link, confirms their identity, sets a password, and accepts the job. Everything works in the browser.
Contractors upload before photos (required), during photos (optional), and after photos (required). For regulated trades, compliance certificates must be uploaded on completion.
Jobs move through clear statuses: Not Started, In Progress, Awaiting Parts, Completed, or Cancelled. Property owners see real-time progress.
