Set up your profile with your business name, mobile, province, town/city, and service radius. Select your primary and secondary trades from 14 options.
Add your professional registrations (ECA, ECB, SAQCC Gas, PIRB, ECSA, SACAP, NHBRC, FPASA). Specify which certificates you can issue and documents you can provide.
See all your assigned jobs with statuses, urgency levels, and property details. Manage multiple jobs at once.
Before starting work, upload photos documenting the current state. Before photos are required for job completion.
Update the job status to “In Progress”. Optionally upload during photos as you work.
When work is complete, upload after photos showing the finished result. After photos are required.
For 5 regulated job types (electrical COC, gas COC, plumbing COC, electric fence COC, beetle cert), upload the relevant certificate before marking the job as completed.
Mark the job as completed. The property owner receives a full audit trail with all photos, certificates, and timestamps.
